The average share price was A$0.2259. </P]<P]China's Ji Lin Ji En Nickel is now the largest shareholder of Metallica Minerals. </P]<P]Metallica Minerals's capital stock on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), has reached 115 million shares. </P]<P]According to a statement from Metallica Minerals, the companies have enjoyed mutual cooperation in past years and hope to deepen cooperation in investigating new nickel-cobalt processing technologies in the future.</P]<P]Queensland-based Metallica Minerals fully owns NORNICO nickel mineral project and Lucky Break nickel project. NORNICO has a proven nickel laterite reserve of 25.55 million tons, which includes total nickel content of about 281,910 tons. Lucky Break has 1.02 million tons of nickel ore, which includes 8,195 tons of nickel content.<BR]</P]
